For over two and a half years, I co-hosted and organized a public event series on new work topics in Berlin. At different locations, we discussed current trends and issues with the audience and experts. From digitalization, job sharing, participative group processes and working in collective companies to graphic recording, new pay and job matching.

Our aim was to offer a space for discourse and to take up ambivalences suggested by the following questions: Where does self-efficacy begin and where does it end in self-neglect? How does the dream of meaningful work match your bills? When is leadership necessary and when does it get in the way?
